IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

Use of SlideCrab (hereinafter "SOFTWARE") is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:

GRANT OF LICENSE

Joey Wong(Huang JunYan) of Propagator.net(hereinafter "AUTHOR") grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement.

> NON-REGISTERED USERS
=======================
Non-registered users are granted a limited license to evaluate the SOFTWARE.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without charge. The unregistered version of this SOFTWARE is not fully functional and there is no limit on the evaluate period for the SOFTWARE, but there are a couple of restrictions on what you can do with the unregistered version.

1.The unregistered version is intended for evaluation only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

2.The flash image you create with the unregistered version will be marked with unregistered messages.

If you find this SOFTWARE useful and want to use it without the restrictions, you must make a registration payment. This registration fee will license one user to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on any one computer or one site(one domain). When payment is received you will be sent your own personal registration code.

> REGISTERED USERS

REGISTERED USERS can access fully functional version.
The AUTHOR grants to you the non-exclusive right to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on any one computer for one site(one domain). You may make copies of the SOFTWARE for backup and archival purposes. The AUTHOR reserves all rights not expressly granted.

COPYRIGHT
======================
The SOFTWARE is owned by the AUTHOR and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaty provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not use or copy the SOFTWARE for any other purpose than what is described in this Agreement.

DISTRIBUTION
======================
Only the shareware version of this SOFTWARE may be freely distributed, and you must include all files in the original distribution. You are prohibited from charging a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE without written consent from the AUTHOR.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS
======================
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE, or engage in any other activities to obtain underlying information that is not visible to the user in connection with normal use of the SOFTWARE. You may not modify, rent, or resell for profit this SOFTWARE, or create derivative works based upon this SOFTWARE. You may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this SOFTWARE without permission from the AUTHOR.

NO WARRANTIES
=====================
The AUTHOR expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERM AND TERMINATION
===============================
The term of this license will begin with installation of this SOFTWARE. This license will automatically terminate upon your failure to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, whichever comes first. When this license ends, for whatever reason, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.
