Q: Why I can't see the flash which was generated by SlideCrab?

A: Please according following steps to check it out:

1) You have to check the confiuration file (slidecrab/slidecrab.conf.php) whether the setting is correct. (See Chapter: 2.1 Configuration)
2) Please read the requirment and install Zend Optimizer.
3) All SlideCrab files have to store in the same folder. Do not change them and rename.
4) Check your browser whether supports Macromedia Flash.

Q: Can I build up multiple slideshow for my website in one page?

A: Yes, you have to assign different names for corresponding slideshow set.

Q: How to remove the license message from caption?

A: Sorry, you can't do that in trial version.Please purchase registered version and experiences full features.

Q: How long can I use the trial version?

A: No time limited,however trial version freezed some powerful features, for example: watermark and caption bar sizable. So I strong recommend you purchase registered version.

Q: My hard disk has no enough spaces to contain all flash files which was generated by SlideCrab. Help?

A: Sorry, don't worry about this. SlideCrab will never generate physical files on your hard disk.


Q: How many pictures can I show in my slideshow?

A: Unlimited. And you can setup multiple slideshow sets in one page.

Q: Could I install slidecrab for my multiple website in one license?

A: Sorry,you can't. SlideCrab registered version is running in one license for one domain.If you have to run it for different sites,you have to purchase corresponding license. Fortunately,we offers 3-5 domains license package in lower prices.


Q: I have running my website with SlideCrab registered version, however I have to change my server. Do I need to pay again for new server?

A: From purchased day to 90 days , we provide replace serial number once for free. Otherwise you have to register again.

Q: I've registered my SlideCrab. However it still show the license message.Why?

A: First,please check whether add your serial number to SlideCrab config file - "slidecrab.conf.php". It located in "slidecrab" folder.You should set the attribute that named $SLIDECRAB_SETTING['SERIALNUM'] by give serial number. (See also: 1.4 Registration)

Tips:

1. Disable Caption Bar - you can set the caption bar's height for 0 or set the caption bar's alpha for 0.

2. Fullfill a color for image - you can set the caption bar's height is equal the image's height and set caption bar's alpha to 1-99. Don't forget to assign a color value for caption bar.

3. Colorful caption with hyperlink - you can write you caption in HTML, SlideCrab supports some HTML tags (<A><B><I><U><FONT>)

4. Solid box to cover a part of image - you can assign a size to caption bar's height and set the alpha to 100.
